The best epipen carrying case is the one that helps keep the life saving epinephrine auto injectors at an arm length away at all times. A single carrier or case, even if it's considered "the best one" will not always do the job.

MY CHILD HAS FOOD ALLERGIES
You are a mom desperately looking for a way to keep your food allergic child safer. It seems like no one really knows what he/she is allergic too.
I WAIT UNTIL EVERYONE IS SLEEPING At night is when I can be myself. I feel, and I know, that everyone is talking behind my back saying that I need help and worst of all...
- my best friends + my family + and my better half keeps telling me that I need to relax and stop acting crazy.
- I keep searching and googling for answers and help. I "Google" for everything related to food allergies including information about epipen.
TRYING TO TEACH SOMEONE HOW TO USE THE EPIPEN
The minute I pull out the Epipen trainner and and I try to explain how to use it they just stare at me and try to change the subject. Even my better half seem to always respond with "Please Relax, nothing is going to happen".BEST EPIPEN CASE
Every time I gave the Epipen to a teacher, a coach or even my parents inside a "red bag" or "zip lock bag" they just threw it on a table or even worst inside the first drawer they saw. So I got one of the free cases epipen gives away. The worst was when I gave it to a coach and he just threw it in a cooler then my mom went and put it in the refrigerator, and my better half threw it inside the glove compartment of the car. This is what trigger my "I GOT TO FIND THE BEST EPIPEN CASE"
THE GOOD AND NOT SO GOOD ABOUT EPIPEN CASES
I bought, and continue to buy everything I can find that will work to carry the injectors to make sure they are never left behind.
The not so good:
There is not a single epipen case or carrier that every caregiver, teacher or coach will like.
There is not a single epipen case or carrier that the child, teen, or adult with food allergies will always love.
The good
Clothing, cases, and accessories that work
- Cargo Pants are good when fashion is not an issue. The challenge is to find a pair with the pockets big enough to hold them.
- WaistPal by Omaxcare.com is great for when they start middle school and the "fanny Pack" is ridiculous.
- LegBuddy is for when they are wearing a suit or simply don't want to wear anything that makes their "waist" look larger.
- Not as reliable because they can easily be misplaced, but holster cases are better than bags. One that you can clip on the clothing you are wearing are the best.
- Cross body slings and small bags that don't have big signs that makes the person feel like they are walking with a big billboard that says "I am a sick person" will work for going to the movies and short outings.
ONE EPIPEN CARRIER FOR EVERY OCCASION, LIFE EVENT AND LIFE ACTIVITY.
DON'T BE CHEAP
Once parents and the child itself starts seeing Epipen Carriers as a must have accessory and put them in the same category as "Shoes" ( a shoe for school, tennis for sports....soccer shoes...summer shoes...winter boots...) then will be able to help your son/daughter get used to carrying their Epipen at all times.
